Shipping and Delivery Policy

Nothing in this shop sits on a shelf, so every order has two stages: it is made, then it travels. This page sets out how long each stage takes, what delivery costs, how the parcel is tracked, what happens at a border, and what we do when something goes wrong on the way.

Production time: 1–3 business days

Every item is printed or made after you order it. Production starts once payment clears and the order details are confirmed.

If something needs checking with you first — artwork that will not print cleanly, for example — we contact you before printing starts.

Delivery time: 7–14 business days from the order

Delivery takes 7–14 business days in total, counted from the moment you order rather than from the moment it ships, so the production window is already inside that figure.

We ship to the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most other countries.

What delivery costs

DestinationRate
United States$6.99 for the first item, $4 for each additional item
InternationalCalculated at checkout by weight and destination
Orders over $150The $6.99 first-item charge is removed

The rate is shown at checkout before you pay. It follows the number of items in the order, not the number of parcels.

Shipping over $150

On orders over $150, the first item ships free. That removes the $6.99 starting charge. Each additional item is still charged at $4, because every unit is printed and packed separately.

Two worked examples:

  • Two items at $100 each — $200 total. The $6.99 is removed, one additional item is charged at $4, so the order ships for $4.00.
  • Three items at $60 each — $180 total. The $6.99 is removed, two additional items are charged at $8, so the order ships for $8.00.

Below $150 the full rate applies: $10.99 for two items, $14.99 for three, $18.99 for four. The threshold is measured on the value of the items, before any import charge collected on delivery.

Delivery to the United States

Orders to the United States normally arrive within 7–14 business days of the order, with production and transit counted together.

Parcels are handed to a national carrier for the last part of the journey, and that carrier follows its own rules about where a parcel may be left.

If tracking stops moving, tell us rather than calling the carrier, and we will chase it from our side.

Delivery to the European Union

Orders to the European Union normally arrive within 7–14 business days of the order.

Parcels are cleared for entry by the carrier in the country of delivery, and any charge that applies is collected before the parcel is handed over.

Deliveries to an island or to a remote region can take longer than the mainland estimate.

Delivery to the United Kingdom

Orders to the United Kingdom normally arrive within 7–14 business days of the order.

Parcels are cleared on arrival, and any import VAT or duty is set by HM Revenue and Customs rather than by us.

Remote parts of the United Kingdom, such as the Highlands and the islands, can take longer than the estimate.

Delivery to Australia

Orders to Australia normally arrive within 7–14 business days of the order, and they travel further than anywhere else we ship.

Australian customs and the carrier handle clearance, and any charge that applies is collected before delivery.

Deliveries to rural and remote postcodes can take longer than the estimate.

Carriers and tracking

Parcels travel with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and local postal services.

A tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves production, and tracking usually starts updating within 48 hours.

A tracking number can take a day or two to become active after the label is created. A status that has not changed is not the same as a parcel that has stopped.

Remote areas and peak season

Remote areas, islands and destinations that need a second carrier can add time to the estimate. Customs inspection can add more.

The busiest weeks of the year add time in the same way, because print shops and carriers are both working at their limit.

If your order is time critical, order early and tell us the date you need it. We will tell you honestly whether that date is realistic.

Customs, duties and taxes

Duties and import charges depend on the country a parcel enters and on the value of the order. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout says they are paid there.

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where the shop is registered to collect it.

Clearance happens after the parcel lands, so time spent with customs is added to the journey rather than counted inside the estimate.

A wrong address, or a parcel that goes missing

The label is printed from the address you type at checkout, so please check it before you pay.

If you spot a mistake, write to us straight away, because we can still correct an order that has not entered production.

If a tracked parcel stops moving, or the carrier marks it delivered and nothing has arrived, write to us and we will open a claim. We reply within 2 business days and we never ask you to chase the carrier yourself. Where a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace the order or refund it in full, including the delivery charge.

Split shipments

An order with several items can leave production in more than one parcel, because different items are made at different partners.

A personalised item is often printed on its own, so it can arrive on a different day from the rest of the order.

Delivery is charged once per order, on the item count. A second parcel does not add a charge, and if the order qualified for the $150 rule, every parcel is covered by it.

Questions about a delivery

Write to [email protected] with your order number and we will look at where the parcel is and reply within 2 business days.
