These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use frenzyjerseycustom.com or place an order. Please read them before you buy. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

Ordering and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by e-mail, but that is not acceptance. We accept your order when we accept it for production, which is when your payment is captured. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a payment fails, and if so we release any authorisation.

Prices

Prices are in USD. They do not include sales tax or VAT where we are not registered to collect it. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are your responsibility unless the checkout says they are paid at checkout. If we find a pricing error, we will tell you before we accept the order and you can choose to continue or cancel.

Personalised orders

Many of our items are made with a name, number or text you choose. We print exactly what you enter. You are responsible for checking the spelling, numbers and any other details before you pay. We cannot correct mistakes in what you submitted, and personalised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Fan-made designs

Our designs are created independently. Some are inspired by sports and fan culture. They are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any team, league, artist or brand. Any team or brand names used are only to describe what a design refers to.

Delivery and risk

Production times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. They are estimates, not guarantees. The items you buy are at your risk once they are delivered to you. Ownership passes to you when we have received full payment.

Cancellation and returns

You can cancel an order before we accept it for production. After that, our Refund and Returns Policy applies. That policy explains change-of-mind returns, faulty items and your statutory rights.

Intellectual property

Our content

The designs, text, images and logos on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the right to reproduce the design.

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, e-mail [email protected]. Please tell us what you believe is infringing, where it appears and why you own the rights. We will review it and act where appropriate.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and fairly. You must not:

• Use false details or someone else’s payment method without permission
• Try to interfere with the site or its security
• Submit personalisation text that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone’s rights
• Copy or scrape the site in bulk without our permission

We may refuse an order or restrict access if these rules are broken.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as customs or carrier disruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

If you submit personalisation or other content that infringes someone’s rights, you agree to cover our reasonable losses resulting from it. This applies to the extent the law allows. It does not affect any of your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country whose courts hear a dispute, as shown in our business details on this site. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. You can bring a claim in the courts of that country where the law gives you that right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. We will make significant changes clear on the site.

Severability

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. We will replace the affected part with a valid term that is as close as possible to its intent.
